infrastructure is a medical complex that can be set-up
in a matter of hours and includes:
- 250-bed minimal care facility to treat
patients
- Outpatient clinic with triage area (up to 1,500
patients every 24 hours)
- Medical supplies for
patient care
- Administration facility for coordination with
response agencies
- Mess hall, staff quarters, privy Reverse
osmosis water purification system (ROWPU)
- Sound attenuated
generators and environmental control units for entire
complex
- All fuel, water, and food supplies for staff
- Pediatric ward

- HAIC
provides the infrastructure, medical supplies, support personnel,
logistical and operational support for local response personnel
and relief agencies.
- Medical
Complexes are multi-use and easily reconfigured.
- HAIC
can quickly and easily re-supply the medical complex.
- With
minimal training, local personnel can operate all systems
and deployment.
- Depending
on the needs of the local area, HAIC can leave the medical
complex in place for extended periods of time. It is designed
to use for up to 18 years.

is a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization providing critical medical
infrastructure to respond, recover, and mitigate the effects
