1. HAIC will provide  eight (8) primary care medical systems with power, lights medical supplies, personnel and environmental control to be located at Louisiana Department of Health and Hospital predetermined sites. 

These facilities would provide intermediate care and stabilize critical patients for transfer to acute care facilities.  Each medical station will have primary care clinics, some systems include holding facilities and behavioral health services and all systems include Administrative Functions. 

2. In addition, HAIC will provide a multiple location chronic disease surveillance system to monitor the evacuees at their various transitional community locations

3. Provide behavioral health services to address the ongoing psychosocial needs of evacuees. These services include pharmaceutical consultation and support group sessions

4. Provide behavioral health services to address the needs of the providers and first responders.

5. Provide pharmaceutical support and prescriptions through a joint venture with Pharm Assess and local pharmacists.
